Cleanliness needs serious improvement!!! The shower height is unsuitable for average adults, water pressure is frustratingly low. Noise from emergency services disrupts any chance for rest. A refund policy that ignores guest emergencies needs rethinking!!!

Unfortunately, the room itself was damp with a moldy smell that made it hard to breathe, and I was unable to get a decent night's sleep. The old air conditioner had an unpleasant odor, adding to the discomfort. The overall condition of the room left much to be desired.
